Luxury Fine Dining Restaurant | Dubai, UAE

We are hiring an experienced, professional and guest-focused Waiter to join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, maintaining the assigned section, and ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, professional, and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Have excellent knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, prices, and promotions.
• Explain menu items and confidently recommend food and beverages.
• Use professional upselling techniques to increase sales.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for service.
• Take full responsibility for the assigned section throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
• Follow up on food and beverage service times and delays.
• Pay special attention to VIP guests, celebrations, allergies, and dietary requirements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, reception, cashier, and other team members.
• Handle minor guest complaints professionally and escalate serious issues to management.
• Check bills carefully and ensure orders, discounts, and payments are accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the assigned section.
• Complete opening, closing, and handover duties.
• Follow all restaurant service, grooming, uniform, and conduct standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Strong menu knowledge and upselling skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
• Responsible, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Passion for delivering high-quality service.
